My Newest Find

Here is photo of my latest purchase for my letterpress studio, a C-series Challenge 16- 1/4" Guillotine Paper Cutter built in 1940-41. I won it on Ebay, but as it turns out, the seller is one of my mom's former art students. It's a small world. Now I have another heavy piece of equipment to restore and use. But really it's in great shape, I cut a stack of paper as soon as I got home. Don't worry Dad, it has a safety mechanism that prevents the arm from falling. I promise I wont hurt myself.
